[PC] Fury Of The Furries - Desert

Fury of the Furries playthrough: Desert levels 1-10 Some notes: The first secret in level 6 is deceptively risky to enter, because sometimes the furry might let go of the rope for no reason even if you didn't release the hold key. The number of hits on the block may vary, I don't know exactly how things work in the code. I didn't show it here but in 10:32 you can see a small block behind the vines, next to the pool of water. You can munch that block, but there's nothing hidden there. In case it isn't immediately obvious, to access the third secret in level 6 (which is next to the owl), you need to destroy the flying cup first. In level 8, there are some bits of the ground near the yellow furry field that you can munch through. You probably don't want to do that, trust me. Same level, there is yet another secret teleport which I don't show here. The block at the top right corner of the level (near the elevator) is a special block, meaning it might be possible to interact with it in some particular way. In the MacOS version of the game, special blocks look slightly different, and so possible secrets are usually spoiled. In addition, collision detection is also bit more, sensitive, so to say -- you can trigger the special action as soon as you touch any pixel of the block/enemy's hitbox/etc. Anyways, with that in mind, I was hanging from the block next to it and colliding on the special block repeated times, waiting to see if it was going to move at all, and I ended up touching the secret access. That shocked me! The sad part is, I can't reproduce this in the PC version at all, so I can't confirm whether it really is possible to access in all versions or I just got lucky because of how the MacOS version behaves. BTW, the secret is identical to the floating cup secret of level 7, including the sub-secret with lives. Still discovering weird things in this game on 2025! (EDIT: okay I figured this one out, I may show it someday) In 16:32 I munched that block next to the water just to show that you can do that, even though you don't get nothing for doing that. . . . . . The gameplay was played and recorded with Dosbox by me. Enjoy :)
