One day, Sergio dreamed of being a sports journalist. Today, he's part of ESPN and continues working every day to achieve his goals. He's a Mexican sports journalist who began his career in media in 2009 at La Afición and Multimedios Deportes. Since 2013, he has been a host and commentator for ESPN (Latin America). At Multimedios Deportes, he provided international coverage of NFL Super Bowls, NBA All-Star Games, Mexican National Soccer Team matches, and the most recent edition of the Olympic Games, London 2012. In 2013, he joined ESPN in Mexico City as the youngest host on the major sports media network, becoming part of the SportsCenter newscast. Later, he joined programs such as Futbol Picante, Toque Inicial, and NFL Live. He also occasionally filled in on the flagship program "Los Capitanes." Mainly, Sergio focuses on soccer and American football. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community.
