Rescuing Llwyn Celyn: The Inside Story | 2018 Landmark Lecture
In this recording of the 2018 Landmark Lecture held in November, Dr Anna Keay, Caroline Stanford, Professor Malcolm Airs and John Evetts reveal the discoveries, triumphs and challenges during the restoration of Llwyn Celyn. Llwyn Celyn is a medieval hall house in the beautiful Llanthony Valley in Monmouthshire. Landmark found Llwyn Celyn in a perilous state, and it is one of the most complex restorations we've ever undertaken. Professor Malcolm Airs is Emeritus Professor of Conservation and the Historic Environment at Kellogg College, Oxford University.
