Drinking our way through the Saijo Sake Festival in Hiroshima Prefecture Today, we’re at one of Japan’s biggest sake festivals, held in Saijo, Hiroshima—the amazing Sake Festival! 🍶🌈 Saijo is a town full of sake breweries, turning the entire area into a lively festival ground! In the first video, we explored the Sake Plaza event, with unlimited tastings of 833 sake brands. Now, in this second part, we’re diving into the festivities across the town, including Sakagura Street and the main festival area.✨ Sakagura Street in Saijo is home to seven historic breweries: Kamoizumi Sake Brewery, Kamotsuru Sake Brewery, Kirei Sake Brewery, Saijotsuru Brewery, Sanyotsuru Sake Brewery, Hakubotan Sake Brewery, and Fukubijin Brewery! 🍶 Today, we visited one of RINA’s favorites—Kirei Sake Brewery! What is Sake Matsuri? Sake Matsuri is a two-day sake-themed festival held every October during the holiday weekend in Saijo, Higashi-Hiroshima City, Hiroshima. With the entire town as the venue, this festival offers a variety of events that people of all ages can enjoy.
