#JunkCamera #Repair #CANON Today's video is a record of my initial attempt to check the condition of a water-damaged Canon 6D full-frame SLR camera, worth ¥2,200, and disassemble and repair it. The Canon EOS 6D is a popular full-frame SLR camera released in 2012. While it's a bit old, I think its performance is still perfectly acceptable. You can easily compare specs on Canon's official website. Compared to the flagship 5D Mark II, released in 2008, most of the specs appear to have improved. Naturally, it doesn't quite reach the performance of the 5D Mark III, which was released at the same time, so its performance is somewhere in between. I found a camera in a Tokyo camera store that clearly stated it had a "non-working body" for ¥2,200. There was a serious white stain inside the LCD screen. The stain was also peeking out from the connectors. This was definitely a no-go. The shop owner reassured me, "This is broken, are you sure?" However, with the 6D going for ¥2,200, my only option was to buy it as a junk item. That's the equivalent of a junk battery grip. The chances were slim, but if I could repair it, it would be fantastic. I took it home and immediately checked its condition.
