Mikko’s Triangle: A 40 minute EMOM (Every minute on the minute) to test your aerobic capacity. Min 1: X Cals on Rower Min 2: X Cals on Ski Min 3: X Cals on Assault Bike Min 4: Full Rest Pick a calorie target and try & maintain as long as possible. Rest any remaining time within each minute. If done correctly you should be working for around 40-50s and then a quick switch of machines. Your score is the total calories achieved at the end of the 40 minutes. My score on 11th September 2025 - 540. 18 Calories each round. Target - 20 calories per round by the end of the year.
