We went up to the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building Observatory for some spectacular, panoramic night views of the endless city skyline. But the absolute highlight of the night was stepping outside to witness the breathtaking "TOKYO Night & Light" show—a mind-blowing, record-breaking projection mapping display right on the massive building's facade!
