Green Enough Here is a a song about loving where you're at. Every moment is a gift. Sometimes we try to see ourselves in the next season too early or trying to chase down bigger success while putting the gifts we have now aside. I'll never regret slowing down, spending time with my kids while being present and grateful. It isn't always easy to just trust the process, especially when you're in a season that doesn't make a whole lot of sense. I've just found more peace when I lean on Jesus and stop trying to force my way into what I think the best life is. Life is beautiful now. Even with the visuals of this song, I put this lesson into practice. I filmed a lot of this footage with a super 8mm from the 70's. Purchasing the film took 3 days. I had a roll of film that gave me 2.5 mins, then sent this in to be developed and scanned professionally. For 2.5 minutes it took over 2 weeks before I even saw the footage. Somehow I enjoyed this process so much and really appreciated the patience it required. I hope you enjoy the new track. Blessings.
