Quickly Replace your Duke 390 or 250 Clutch Plates - Here’s How!

It's time to change the clutch plates on the KTM Duke 390 (250) as all that slipping of the clutch in traffic and playing with stunting has work them away. The first sign of clutch wear is when you get slip at peak torque - up at the top end of the rev range, when the bike stop accelerating even though the revs increase. You can adjust the clutch cable to correct this but eventually you will run out of adjustment on the cable. The clutch plates are easy to replace and are normal consumables on the bike along with oil, filters, coolant, brake fluid, brake pads and chain and sprockets.
