May 16, 2026 — Workshop Debrief, Course Setup, Resources, Micro-Learning, and AI Agents This LaunchBox Partner Hour happened right after a LaunchBox workshop and became a mix of workshop debrief, partner support, and product strategy. Ian and the group discuss what worked in the workshop, how future workshops could be more interactive, and why building someone’s business live on a call may be one of the strongest ways to demonstrate LaunchBox. The call then moves into hands-on support. Ian helps Melissa organize her 12-module AI curriculum, clarifies the difference between Courses and Resources, explains where PDFs, prompts, articles, and downloads should live, and helps partners understand how to use lessons, files, thumbnails, and feed posts. Lynda shares a strong agile micro-learning use case, using LaunchBox to turn large training materials into short learning chunks. Claudia and Maria raise issues around social workflows, Systeme.io, content exports, and technical bugs. Ian also previews active AI agents in the community feed, including agents that could post useful content, curate AI news, and help keep communities active. This session shows LaunchBox moving into partner implementation mode: turning raw materials, workshops, documents, and expertise into structured courses, resources, communities, and recurring-revenue offers.
