How i make rotatable base [rotary table] for milling vice 360°

Many times i need to set my vice at some angle, but doing it direct on a table is It is a difficult and imprecise process. So i start thinking how to make someetking like rottary table and heave degree scale on it. I make is as simply as possible, but the gadget is tottaly worked and i'm happy with it. You just need to use some common sense not to overreact with load on it.
