Is Montreal's Schwartz's Deli BETTER THAN KATZ's DELI?

Montreal is known for plethora of great eats. The best restaurants in Montreal consist of everything from Montreal style bagels, to authentic Montreal poutine, to French food, and even many ethnic foods. But one of the most famous foods in Montreal is for sure the famous Montreal smoked meat. And many people say that the best smoked meat in Montreal is from Schwartz's Deli. Smoked meat is very similar to pastrami. As for the question, "what is the difference between smoked meat and pastrami?" I honestly am not really sure! There are some small differences but enough to make them vary wildly. All I know is I love pastrami, and as smoked meat is similar Jewish deli classic, but just from the best jewish delis in Canada, I knew I had to try it! Schwartz's Deli in Montreal is an old-fashioned jewish deli serving loads of jewish deli classic dishes. Everyone says though you have to get their medium fatty smoked meat sandwich. While I was tempted to get the fatty smoked meat sandwich, I stuck with the recommendation from the owner and went with medium fattiness. Many people say Katz's Deli is the best pastrami in North America and the world. Those who say it's not Katz's Deli say Schwartz's Deli is the best Jewish deli in the world. Who is right?
