Hiking the 1800s Paw Paw Tunnel and Tunnel Hill C&O Canal Towpath
5 mile hike of the Paw Paw Tunnel and the Tunnel Hill on the C&O Canal Towpath near Cumberland Maryland. Paw Paw is in West Virginia but the trail is in Maryland, right along the Potomac River. Built in the 1800s, this hike is awesome! The whole area near Paw Paw WV is super cool. Lots of old canal locks to see, and just really neat geography.
