Join us as we experience the luxury of flying Business Class with Singapore Airlines for the first time from Brisbane to Singapore. Is it Worth it and is it really one of the best airlines in the world? Highlights: Starting with the cabin layout was good and the service from the crew was attentive and professional through out the flight. The meal service was enjoyable and the seat offered a descent level of comfort for the journey. Improvements: However there were a few aspects that could be improved. At check-in, the process was mostly self-service and we had to wait for staff at a unnominated desk. The Singapore Airways Business Class lounge at Brisbane airport felt quite small and limited in offerings. But the plus was lounge staff were great! When the seat converts into a fully flat bed, the footwell space is quite tight and can feel a bit cramped, and may affect overall sleeping comfort. There was also no bedding base / mattress topper supplied, which would have improved comfort. The meal and drink selection was okay.
