Going down that stations row hitting up each equipment until the end, then they hit a sprint to the end of the gym and the start back at the first piece of equipment at that station. They keep doing this for that 1 min. Set2: 30 sec on spot (no moving) A whole new exercise using the same piece of equipment. After that second set then everyone rotates as a whole to the next station to their right. At 9 station with 2 sets at each station, you're looking at 18 sets total.
