Hi everyone, It was an honor to be invited out by the Whitney Plantation Museum to do a private tour of the plantation. This trip was to learn about the mission of the Whitney Plantation. That mission is one of education and the affects of the trans Atlantic and the continental slave trade. The Whitney Plantation is the only plantation that focuses on educating visitors about the lives of the enslaved.
