I Caught the Scariest Fish in Tennessee

We headed to Lake Norris, Tennessee with one goal: catch bass. That plan changed fast. After seeing giant fish exploding on the surface, we had to figure out what species they even were. Once we realized they were Longnose Gar, we completely changed our strategy, tracked down live bait, and spent the rest of the day chasing one of the most prehistoric-looking fish in Tennessee. After a few setbacks, missed fish, and changing tactics, we finally connected with a few.
