Massillon to Steubenville Pt. 2 (OH-DC)

Still raining, harder now than earlier in the day. Everything we have is soaked, the rain bags and waterproof gear are only collecting water. About 3/4 of the way we got a flat tire, and had to change the tube in a mans driveway in the rain. After dealing with terrible roads, broken sidewalks, angry drivers and asking for directions once our phones died, we made it to our hotel.
