How I turned my shopvac into a carpet extractor for $45

It took a little bit of engineering, but it actually works! My only complaint is that the sprayer hose is just 4 feet long, I'm gonna try to find and extension, or rig one up somehow... update 4 months later: wow, I forgot I even posted this stupid video and now I have 1200 views and 4 whole entire subscribers! (I know that's like nothing but I like to celebrate the small victories in life lol...) anyway, I have used this thing on a couple of cars now, and while not the most practical machine in the world, it does it's job well. The next time I use it, I will make a better video demonstration. I will be buying an actual extractor soon, I am just putting it off because this thing works great and I'm cheap. parts I used: clear plastic piece- https://www.amazon.com/Happy-Tree-See... pump sprayer- https://www.harborfreight.com/1-14-ga...
