Everyone has their own measurements, but we're more or less there. One thing is certain: it's quick and easy to make. Ingredients Preferably local 250g chestnut flour 500ml water 2 or 3 tablespoons sugar A pinch of salt Two tablespoons extra virgin olive oil Pine nuts, raisins, citrus zest, walnuts... basically whatever you like.
