Fostering harmony and intercultural understanding by being informed about and sensitive to cultural dynamics. Aatreyi, a hotelier by profession moved to training and development and now has more than 15 years of experience in the field. She realised her true passion was to be able to share her knowledge and help others become better at understanding how people think and help them get what they want by understanding their non-verbal cues as well, and over time came to realise that it boils down to one thing that changes everything - culture!
