Le droit à l'épreuve de la psychiatrie
Christian Saint-Germain is a professor of philosophy at UQAM. In his book, *The New Subject of Criminal Law*, the philosopher and legal scholar examines the influence of psychiatry on contemporary law. According to him, the trend is significant and irreversible: we are witnessing a steady decline in criminal responsibility. We are seeing a transformation of the subject, whose free will is constantly challenged by the evolution of the law and those who practice it. The book: http://www.editionsliber.com/catalogu...
