YouTube Description Welcome back to The Ban List, the weekly MARVEL SNAP podcast where we debate the systems, design choices, and long-term frustrations that deserve a spot on the wall. This week is a little different. After a short break, we ask the question every long-running series eventually has to face: should The Ban List ban itself? The answer is no — but the format is changing. In Episode 14, we take a step back and review everything that has already been added to the Ban List. Some problems still deserve to stay exactly where they are. Others may not need to be banned anymore, because what they really need is a rework, a cleanup, or a better version of the same idea. We go through past Ban List topics including Token Tuesdays, random boosters as progression, Hot Locations, Series 2, poor collection filtering, forced gameplay for new cards, pop-up ads, Fast Forward animations, hidden MMR, player support, web shop issues, shop rotations, reconnect buttons, transformation wording, album variant weighting, and more. Along the way, we decide what stays banned, what gets unbanned, and what needs to be reframed before the next version of the show. The biggest change is where The Ban List goes next. Instead of only relying on our own weekly gripes, we want to open the door to more voices from the MARVEL SNAP community. That means future episodes may bring in other creators, new perspectives, and different takes that either challenge us, unite us, or force someone to defend a truly wild opinion in Snap Court.
