Eduardo Madina y Borja Sémper conversan con Arsuaga sobre su libro 'Todos los futuros perdidos'

The two former politicians, now part of the collective memory of the fight against ETA, will present their book in a dialogue with Juan Luis Arsuaga, scientific director of the Museum of Human Evolution (MEH), on Friday the 25th, starting at 8:15 p.m. This book begins with the recollection of a happy day, October 20, 2011, when the terrorist group ETA announced its definitive ceasefire. Ten years after that historic date, a century-old farmhouse in Aretxabaleta, near Mondragón, hosted this moving conversation about one of the darkest episodes of our recent past. Eduardo Madina and Borja Sémper chose a symbolic crossroads in the heart of the Basque Country because theirs is a story of parallel lives with many points of connection. Born in Bilbao and Irún just hours apart, their commitment made them targets of violence from a very young age. Both experienced the harshest years of terrorism on the front lines and from different political backgrounds.
