We visited two brewery restaurants in Moscow: Paulaner Brauchaus at 18/1 Olimpiysky Prospekt and Brunnen at 9A Zemlyanoy Val. Both restaurants belong to the same group. We tasted and compared the beer at both restaurants, finding both similarities and differences. We spoke with the head brewer about beer, the Paulaner franchise, and the differences between the beers.
