The last day in Michigan started with a tour organized by Mayor Abdallah Hammoud, the first stop was at Kaak Al-Abbas (2:27) where I felt like I was in the south of Lebanon, it is an emotional Lebanese food with premium quality ingredients. Next, Arbeel Kabab (7:35) is the famous Iraqi kabab in Dearborn, The meat is fresh with fat, salt, and pepper only, super juicy, super tender, you feel the fat but it doesn't crunch. For shawarma, we visited Tuhama’s sandwiches, owned by Medhat Fakherdine from a small village in Lebanon Anout, very famous for his excellent quality meat and very special spices. For all your spice needs, nuts, chocolate, and coffee, you have to visit Hashem's roastery & market, The smell is amazing, and the cleanliness is unbelievable. Dearborn Fresh is an upscaled high-end supermarket, everything is unique, Fayrouz in the background, organized in an unbelievable way. From breakfast to dinner, you can have manouche, fruits, sushi, Lebanese mezze, and much more. A special stop at Medawar Jewelers, they do custom-made jewelry, and the clients contact them all across the globe. The last stop in Dearborn is at Alvinos Gourmet Pizzeria, the dough is made fresh in-house daily with the freshest ingredients, the most authentic artisanal style and it is cooked in stone ovens. .
