This cake is quite dense so it is important not to overbake it so it does not crumble. I found this cake interesting and colorful so I was really excited to try it and man...it really tastes like Christmas. Christmas Gumdrop Bundt Cake Ingredients: 1 1/2 cup salted butter 2 cups sugar 3 large eggs 2 tsp vanilla extract 3 cups flour 1 1/2 tsp baking powder 3/4 cup evaporated milk 2 1/2 cups gumdrops + 1/4 cup flour Oven: 300F. Bake for 1 hour and 45 minutes. Check the cake on the 50 minute mark and test every 10 minutes. As soon as the toothpick comes out clean, the cake is ready. Do not overbake.
