Analysis revealed that two hydraulic hoses had burst/punctured. The repair was quite challenging because reassembling everything was extremely fiddly. However, the cost was only about €1.75. At first, I thought the hydraulics weren't building pressure and weren't working correctly. But in the final, toughest test with 15 kg of lead in the bucket, it performed flawlessly. In general construction site operations, I was also able to move full buckets of earth back and forth without any problems. What was initially expected to be a total loss of €2000 ended up costing only €1.75 after repairs, with a 10-day wait for the replacement part.
