This ensures perfect geometry. — Working field: 40 meters along the X axis, 6 meters wide (Y), and 1.8 meters high (Z). ⚙️ Kinematics and powertrain features: — Double guides, gantry carries the gantry. X-axis drive: rack and pinion, Y-axis drive: 100 mm diameter ball screw. Components from THK (Japan). — 37/51 kW spindle with 1020 Nm torque. Coolant is supplied around and through the spindle, flushing chips even from blind holes without overheating the tool. — The Z-axis is reinforced with hydraulic cylinders in addition to the ball screw for high-power drilling. — The Y-axis uses a unique triple guide system: two on the front surface and one at 90° above the gantry.
