CompTIA Network+ Chapter 2 - The Open Systems Interconnection Model (OSI)

This video covers the send chapter in the Sybex Comptia Network + Guide. We will discuss the point of a layered model and it's purpose. Each of the seven OSI layers will be explained with a couple of examples for each. We will also relate how the model applies to some of our everyday transmissions. To close up we will examine how to get your IP and MAC addresses using ipconfig and go over a basic Wireshark capture.
