Top 100 Nintendo Songs!

Hey everyone! Welcome to my Top 100 Nintendo Songs! First off, please excuse the poor quality on some of the images in the video. The software I used to make the video looks like it renders an image once and uses that same one over and over if used multiple times. Since the rendering messed up an image or two here and there, it looks like it messed it up every time it was used (and since I don’t want to spend another 3 hours re-rendering it on the chance it doesn’t fix it)…sorry about that. Second, before commenting on the video, please know that this is MY personal opinion. I know some people will be surprised that their favorite wasn’t higher on the list or on it at all. Ranking these songs was incredibly difficult, and even looking back on it I might have changed the order around a little bit (some days I like some of the songs better than others). Maybe in a week I would have wished something else was higher or lower on the list. Just how it goes! Thirdly, I tried to keep it to the “classic” Nintendo series of games like Mario, Zelda, Kirby, Metroid, and Donkey Kong and such with a FEW exceptions here and there. (Yes, I know technically Mega Man is Capcom, but it’s just too much nostalgia for me not to put it in the list.) Lastly, I know there are multiple versions for A LOT of the songs on this list because of remakes/remasters/etc. Even though it was a hard decision, in most cases I opted for the newest version so you would get the highest sound quality, the most enjoyment out of hearing it, and because sometimes the new version is just flat out better than the old one (I like to think of the new ones as really portraying what I heard and how I felt when I first heard the original. Just brings it to life). But in some cases I just couldn’t choose the new one over the original for nostalgic reasons, so I stuck with the SNES version or GBA version for example. With that said, if your favorite didn’t make it on this list (or was from a game not included), comment below what it is and why you like it so much! Chances are I either haven’t heard it or didn’t play the game it was from yet! The ones here are typically from games I grew up and are why I chose them. But if you have songs or games worth hearing/playing, maybe I’ll make a 2019 version of this list next year! If you’ve somehow read this far, thanks for doing so, I really appreciate it.
