Public Hearing for approval of an Outdoor Entertainment Permit for a musical event in Simard Payne Memorial Park. 13. Public Hearing on an application for a new liquor license for Sonder and Dram, 12 Ash Street. 14. Final Budget Public Hearing for the Fiscal Year 2027 Municipal Budget. 15. Order, Authorizing the City Administrator to provide city services totaling $107,171 and cash donations totaling $21,500 for City Non-Profit Organization Activities in accordance with the FY27 City Council approved list. 16. Resolve, Authorizing the Use of $1,500 from the Farrar Fund for Costs of Basic Necessary Services for Needy Individuals. 17. Resolve, Approving the Final Budget Adjustments to the FY27 Municipal Budget. 18. Resolve, Making an Appropriation for Municipal Budget Year 2027. 19. Resolve, Making an Appropriation for the Special Revenue Funds for Municipal Budget Year 2027. 20. Public Hearing on a proposed increase in Water Rates and approval of amendments to Policy Manual 69 regarding the water rates and charges. 21.
