Touhou 19: Unfinished Dream of All Living Ghost - Chiyari Story

Monster of Tainted Organic Material Chiyari's an interesting one, (now that she's post-patch and doesn't automatically win as soon as you can get a Level 3 charge off). She effectively feels like a sort of defensive, but also comeback character. Basically, she's slow as molasses, but can deal some massive damage if you play your cards right. Her charge shots are spread out in 180 degrees ahead of you, allowing you to hit everything normally, but also do really good damage up close. However another aspect about her is her aura, which is a tiny circle around her. But unlike everyone else's, this aura will actually deal damage to enemies. These two aspects together allow her to deal some massive shotgun damage if you get up close. Her Level 2 charge is an attack that purely goes after the opponent, and is essentially the bread & butter of what made her broken before. What it does is reset any of her EX attack flames on the opponent's side into their maximum size. It's not an automatic win anymore since their speed and detection range have been nerfed, but it can still be very effective in the right situations.
