No plan? Take a short photo walk and get back on track.

Can 30 minutes make you a better photographer? In this video, I take on a simple 30-minute photography walk designed to boost creativity, sharpen the eye, and help stop overthinking when out with a camera. The idea is simple: One camera. One lens. One location. Only 30 minutes. No waiting for perfect light. No searching for the perfect subject. No changing gear. Just seeing, reacting, and photographing. This exercise is especially useful if you feel stuck, uninspired, or want to train your photographic eye for street photography, travel photography, portraits, or everyday visual storytelling. Limitation can be a powerful creative tool because it forces you to notice light, gestures, colours, shadows, backgrounds, small stories, and quiet moments faster.
