Triceps exercises are very important to firm up the arms, so our 4 exercise circuit includes 2 variations on tricep extensions, and two exercises for the biceps: traditional bicep curls and delt raises, which train shoulders and biceps. 1) Tricep Extensions 2) Bicep Curls 3) Delt Raises 4) Decline Tricep Extensions Try to use a weight heavy enough so that the 10 -- 12th repetition is difficult for you. You can go up in weight if 12 reps was difficult for you, or down in weight if it was too tough to get to the 12th rep. You can do 2 circuits in under 10 minutes or 3 circuits in under 15 minutes.
