Hello everyone, today we replaced the rubber tracks on a Komatsu hydraulic backhoe [PC27MR-1] and repaired a hydraulic oil leak caused by a damaged hydraulic hose. Rubber tracks of this size weigh around 120kg to 140kg each, so the key to success is how you move them. Although there is sufficient groove, the iron core and wire inside have damaged over time, so we replaced both with new ones (around ¥60,000 each). The hydraulic oil leak was caused by a damaged hydraulic hose connecting the main hydraulic pump to the control valve.
