28 Come impaginare il tuo libro con InDesign: Pulizia del file Word

Proseguiamo a imparare come formattare il tuo libro in maniera professionale. Dopo aver inserito un testo da Word, oggi impariamo a ripulirlo da tutti gli errori di digitazione più comuni (doppi spazi, ecc.). A tale scopo, dapprima impareremo a usare lo strumento Trova/Sostituisci. Poi però scopriremo uno strumento magico di InDesign: lo script FindChangeByList. Con un click, il file importato da Word sarà ripulito da tutti gli errori di battitura! Ecco il percorso: Finestra/Utility/Script/Samples/JavaScript/FindChangeByList Gli errori più comuni da ripulire: Doppi spazi; Doppi Invii; Tabulazioni multiple; Tabulazioni inizio paragrafo; Spazi a inizio paragrafo; Spazi a fine paragrafo; E’; Spazio + virgola; Spazio + punto; Spazio + punto e virgola; Spazio + punto interrogativo; Spazio + punto esclamativo; Spazio + due punti; Spazio + virgolette alte; Trattino breve; en dash; em dash; Punti di sospensione.
