Hello, dear friends! ❤️ I really hope you enjoy watching this video 😍 I wish you a pleasant viewing and a good mood ✨🥰 Thank you for being here ❤️ #vlog #cozyvlog #cozy #wafflerecipe #lemonposset #lemon #cozyatmozilla 💕My Instagram:   / iramenshikova   🧇Recipe "PP Waffles" ▫️Ingredients: Eggs - 2 pcs Milk - 35 ml Soft cottage cheese/yogurt/sour cream - 50 g Rice flour - 60 g Sweetener to taste Baking powder - 3 g (optional) *Mix all ingredients until the consistency is not too thick Runny and not thick, bake the waffles for 2 minutes. 🍋Lemon Posset Recipe ▫️Ingredients: *Lemons - 3-4 (depending on size: 3 for medium-sized lemons, 4 for smaller lemons) *Heavy cream - 230g *Sugar - 50g (I used less, probably 30g) *Lemon zest from 1.5 lemons *Lemon juice - 3 tbsp *Vanilla extract - 1 tsp ▫️Directions: Wash and dry the lemons thoroughly. Cut them in half lengthwise and scoop out the pulp with a spoon. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the cream, sugar, and lemon zest. Stir constantly until the sugar dissolves. Do not let the mixture boil (keep the mixture over medium-low heat for 5 minutes, stirring constantly). Next, remove the saucepan from the heat, add the lemon juice and vanilla extract, mix well, and continue stirring slowly, watching as the mixture thickens. Then, strain the cream through a sieve to remove the zest. Let the mixture cool for 10 minutes. Pour into the lemons. Refrigerate for 2 hours, or preferably overnight.
