My tarot practice has shrunk - a new journal already?!

After a couple of months, I'm back - and so is the inevitable journal update. Yes, I shared an entire tarot journal ecosystem in December, but I've started a new book. We'll get into it. Today's video is partly a check-in on my personal tarot practice has been, and partly a reflection on working through times when your capacity is low, but your commitment isn't. For me, that looks like maintaining my role as a professional tarot nerd, running the Tarot Lab, but having nothing left in the tank for the playful, creative practice that feeds my soul. The little passport Traveler's Notebook I've been using has been tethering me back to that kind of practice. A big thank-you to my magpie members for choosing this video for you! You've ever started a new journal system, then immediately abandoned it. You have a creative practice alongside a creative responsibility, and the two are eating each other alive. Your tarot habits have stalled, and full readings feel like too much. You just want to know where the hell I've been! 📝 In this video Exploring and shaping a minimum viable tarot practice. The problems with my previous journal setups. Trying to balance tarot for work, and tarot for play. A reminder that 'low bandwidth' does not mean 'low seriousness'.
