This New Tuning Skill Just Feels Horrible… The Character Feels Broken At Least

Cluster (Tech) Bakugo is the new character added in Season 16 the 2nd and a half anniversary of My Hero Ultra Rumble. Today I’m going to be taking a look at his new tuning skill, Explosive Rampage with Strike Deku. What it does is spawns a team enhancement whenever you down someone while having full shields. This tuning skill did not feel good in the slightest to use. What it offers is very good however the requirement to get it is just easily messed up causing it to feel like a waste of a tuning slot a lot of the time. I usually prefer things that offer consistent value and that just isn’t this tuning. Maybe with Gp Sucker it might perform better or with a character like Overhaul who can heal before landing the finally hit on someone but that all seems like too much to make it work.
