Lou Reed's "Walk On The Wild Side" was written partly about Andy Warhol superstar/transgender actress Holly Woodlawn. Here is an excerpt about Holly from a 1996 show that I was editor for titled "Hollywood Blvd.", directed by Leonardo Colla for Swiss Television.
