Tel Aviv has been voted the “funnest” city on the planet for the second year in a row in a global survey by Time Out magazine. Israel - Middle Eastern country on the Mediterranean Sea, is regarded by Jews, Christians and Muslims as the biblical Holy Land. Tel Aviv is Israel's cultural and commercial capital. The city is bordered on one side by the Mediterranean and long stretches of sandy beaches, and on the other by glass towers housing technology companies in what is considered to be the world's second most important hi-tech area.
