Norm Scores - What does your score mean?
We use the "Stanine Scale" in all of our reports. There is a short paragraph in our reports that explain what the stanine score represents, but I wanted to give you a little more background into how normalization works and why it is important. I also explain the advantages of a stanine score over competing scales. If you would like to learn more about using personality testing in your own company or practice, visit our English language web site http://www.onlinetalentmanager.com If you would like to take a test for yourself, just to see what this whole "personality testing" thing is all about, visit our research page at: http://www.octogramtest.com
