Wrap tightly and refrigerate until ready to use For the rice: A cup of white rice A teaspoon or two of salt 2 cups of boiling water Cook the rice in water until most of the water is absorbed and it is soft, but not completely cooked For the onion and mushrooms: Fry chopped onion in a pan, Add a package of chopped champignon mushrooms, and 3 chopped garlic cloves. Seasoning: Salt, pepper, paprika, a tablespoon of soup powder Preheat oven to medium heat Mix the rice well with the onion and mushroom mixture. Add an egg and stir immediately so it doesn't cook. Remove the dough from the refrigerator and divide in half. Roll out one sheet between two sheets of baking paper. Line a baking pan. Pour in the rice filling and smooth out. Roll out the second sheet of dough and place on top. At this point, you can brush the top with a beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds - optional.
