Zeroing a Scope on a New Air Rifle a Weihrauch 100KT 177

I recently purchased a new air rifle a Weihrauch 100KT in 177 calibre and before I could use it, I needed to zero the scope. Zeroing a riflescope it a straightforward task and I zeroed the scope at 30 yards. For beginners zeroing a scope at 30 yards means aligning the scope with where the barrel is pointing so that if I aim the centre of the scopes crosshairs at a target 30 yards away the crosshairs match where the pellet is going to fall excluding outside influences such as wind and human error.
