QUICKEST Train to NARITA | KEISEI SKYLINER | UENO | DOGS ALLOWED

We took the Keisei Skyliner from Ueno to Narita airport and back on our recent holiday to South Korea. The train allows small dogs up to 10kg as long as they are kept inside a carrier at all times.
