Exploring the “Undertale Mafia” on VRChat - The Truth About Snowdin, Undernet, and Undertale VRChat

I started looking into this after hearing rumors about a supposed "Undertale Mafia" inside the Undertale VRChat community. I expected a weird story. I didn't expect it to turn into an hour-long investigation video. I spoke with people connected to the largest Undertale VRChat groups, including Snowdin and Undernet, and tried to understand why so many community members had stories about controversy, hierarchy, and people being afraid to speak openly. Snowdin was willing to talk with me directly, while with Undernet, I had to do more independent digging to understand the perspective from that side of the community, but I also got a statement from them too. This video covers allegations, personal accounts, community history, power dynamics, and the concerns people shared with me. Some individuals described situations involving alleged predatory behavior, social pressure, and fear of losing their place in the community if they spoke out. In some cases, people even expressed concern about their family's safety. These are serious claims, and they are presented as allegations and reported experiences, not as confirmed facts. My goal is not to start drama or attack an entire community. I wanted to document what people were saying, compare the different perspectives, and find out what is actually going on inside Undertale VRChat. If there is truth behind the idea of an "Undertale Mafia," I want to understand what that means, how much of it is rumor, and how much is rooted in real community issues.
