Jordan Downs Redevelopment Begins in Watts
The redevelopment of the Jordan Downs Housing Development in Watts has begun! We are doubling the amount of housing from 700-units to 1,400 units without displacing any of the current residents. We are creating 115,000 square feet of retail, extending Century Boulevard through the development, adding park space, and a 50,000 squre foot community center!
