Volkswagen Golf Clubsport GTI Edition 40 - Full MQB suspension overhaul and setup

This Golf GTI Clubsport Edition 40 came in for a full ground-up chassis rebuild. Over three days in the workshop, Zak gets help from his old apprentice Connor to strip the car right back — both subframes out, suspension off, and everything laid bare so it could be rebuilt properly from the ground up with upgraded components. Once the heavy work was done, it was time for the details: replacing all the worn and tired bits, rebuilding the suspension with quality components, fitting coilovers and upgraded anti-roll bars, and making sure every small, niggly part was right before it went back together. As always, the job finishes the Kolatech way — with a proper alignment and setup to make sure the car drives exactly as it should. This isn’t a quick bolt-on job.
