First of all, the answer is option A, but!... The person who prepared question number 23 in the AYT Mathematics exam designed it as an increasing or decreasing graph question and found the answer to be option C. Initially, all the young people who looked at the question saw it as a derivative question and solved it using derivatives, thus finding the answer to be C. However, when integrals are considered, it becomes clear that the answer is option A.
